Northern Education Trust is seeking an exceptional Principal to lead Norton Primary Academy; a larger than average primary academy in Stockton on Tees.

Norton Academy is one of three primary schools making up the Stockton Primary Hub. Although in the early stages of development, the Hub will be led by an Executive Principal who the newly appointed Principal will report to. The opportunities provided by the Hub are proving to be successful, particularly the collaborative governance arrangements.

We require a strong, inspirational leader who is an outstanding primary practitioner and who has a proven track record of raising attainment and progress. You must have the drive and commitment to rapidly improve standards and lead the school into the next stage of its development.
