Salary Details: Leadership Range L12 to L16 (£50,620 - £55,951)

Areas of work: Mainly in the North East (Tyneside and Teesside) with some occasional travel across the northern region.
From September 2016, we are looking to recruit a leader with significant experience and successful Secondary Mathematics Curriculum leadership to the position of Associate Vice Principal for Mathematics. Your key role will be to work with Mathematics Curriculum Leaders and Teachers throughout the Trust and assist in accelerating the pace of improvement. Teaching in one of the Trust’s academies, you will support the improvement of Mathematics in the Academy where you are based and in our other academies. You will have a proven track record of examination success and be able to evidence that you are a consistently good to outstanding teacher who can demonstrate and model the qualities required for this key leadership role.
Although you will be based in a North-East academy, some travel across the northern region will be necessary in supporting Mathematics leadership and teacher development throughout the Trust.
