An important part of the Trust’s future strategy for school improvement is to increasingly grow the capacity for academy to academy support. We are now looking to recruit a Directors of Teaching (Primary), to work in the North West. Suitable for primary teachers who wish to develop their careers and work in more than one primary setting, the post offers excellent career development opportunities with the Trust. You must have a track record of proven outstanding classroom practice and experience in leading teams to bring about the rapid and sustainable improvement to enhance the life chances of the pupils in our care.
Although you will be based in an academy, regular travel across the northern region will be necessary in supporting teaching and learning throughout the Trust.
